Please note that we aim to resolve all feedback as soon as possible.

If you are a current client, you can discuss your concerns with staff within the Centre. This may be with the Centre Manager.

If you are not a client of the Wellbeing Centre you may wish to discuss your concerns with your Case Manager or the person who is providing you with support.

In the event of a medical emergency please call 000 or present to an Emergency Department. In the event of a mental health emergency, please contact the Mental Health Triage Service on 131 465 for urgent assistance.

Once you have submitted your feedback our team will endeavour to make contact with you within 5 business days. We aim to resolve your feedback as quickly as possible depending on the complexity of the issue please be aware this may take up to 30 business days.
