Providing access to health, community and wellbeing services.
At Hutt St Centre, we collaborate with local health providers and trusted professionals to offer a comprehensive range of health, community and wellbeing services under one roof.
Health Services
Nurse
A Nurse is available onsite from Monday to Friday until 2pm.
General Practitioner (GP)
A General Practitioner is available onsite two days a week from 8:30 am – 10:30 am.
Allied Health
We offer a range of Allied Health services including Chiropractor, Physiotherapy, Drug and Alcohol Counselling, Diabetes Education and Mental Health Counselling.
Testing and support
We offer Hepatitis C testing onsite every fortnight and have visiting infectious disease testing visit throughout the year.
Eyesight
Twice a year, a team of Optometrists attend onsite to conduct eyesight tests and fit glasses.
Dental
Referrals are available to dental services through the onsite nurse.
Support Services
Community corrections
Community corrections supervision and reporting is available onsite each week.
Financial counselling
Independent financial advice is available by appointment.
Legal clinic
Independent legal clinic is run onsite every Monday.
NDIS Local Area Coordinator
NDIS support is available fortnightly on Tuesdays.
Service SA
Service SA visits each fortnight to help clients with Drivers Licenses, Identification documents and other support.
Services Australia
Services Australia provides Centrelink support onsite Monday to Thursday.

Education and employment pathways
We are dedicated to empowering individuals to rebuild their lives through education and employment opportunities. While we are not an employment agency, we open pathways to education and training, assisting individuals in becoming work ready. Our services include:
- Work readiness coaching: One-on-one sessions to enhance job readiness
- Resume assistance: Guidance in crafting effective resumes
- Interview preparation: Practice sessions to build confidence
- Skill development: Support in obtaining qualifications such as First Aid certificates, forklift licenses, and traffic management courses.
Our Pathways program offers a structured approach to education, training, volunteering and employment, aiming to set individuals up for long-term success.

Our wellbeing Pathways programs are designed to foster joy, rebuild confidence, and develop life skills through engaging activities and social connections.
