Pathways to Education & Employment
We listen, you learn
The Pathways program provides a doorway to education, training and employment. Through these pathways, we aim to set people up for long-term success.
Who is it for?
We work with adults in the eastern region of Adelaide who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness; who are ready to learn a new skill, gaining a qualification or thinking about transitioning into employment.
How it works
The Pathways program helps people in four ways:
- Work readiness - we help prepare a person for employment, through one-on-one coaching or gathering personal documentation.
- Training - for people wanting to learn a new skill, we can also help with obtaining certificates in First Aid, Forklift, White Card and Traffic Management.
- Finding suitable clothing – we can help find the right clothing to wear to a job interview, provide PPE or workwear/boots.
- Finding work - resume writing, connecting with a job network or practicing for an interview.
