Hutt St Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of three highly accomplished professionals to its Board of Directors. These appointments reflect our ongoing commitment to strengthening governance, strategic direction, and our mission to support individuals experiencing homelessness.

Jenny KaravolosJenny Karavolos
Jenny brings over 25 years of leadership experience across the disability, defence, transport, and energy sectors. She has held numerous Chair and Non-Executive Director roles for more than two decades, championing systemic advocacy and impactful collaboration. Jenny’s extensive experience includes transformational leadership roles, including her tenure as CEO of Autism SA, and her current roles as Co-Chair of the Australian Autism Alliance, CEO of Disability Advocacy and Complaints SA, and Chair-Elect of the Augmented Ability CRC. Jenny’s expertise spans strategic planning, governance, and delivering multidisciplinary projects, making her a valuable addition to the Hutt St Centre Board.

 

 

 

 

Annette FidgeAnnette Fidge
Annette is a senior executive with a distinguished 25-year career in business transformation and organisational performance improvement. With expertise in governance, strategy, and program management, Annette has worked across private and non-profit sectors to deliver impactful change. Her roles on the Boards of Celsus Securitisation and Junction Australia, as well as her advisory contributions to Scotch College and Flinders University, underscore her commitment to improving community outcomes. Annette’s deep alignment with Hutt St Centre’s mission will drive sustainable impact for the people we support.

 

 

 

 

 

Kate Gray

Kate Gray
Kate is the Managing Director of Back Centre and brings extensive experience in the commercial property, retail, and marketing industries. She has been a keynote speaker on diversity and inclusion in the property sector and served as Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the Property Council of Australia. Kate’s strong analytical and business acumen, combined with her passion for supporting vulnerable communities, will enhance Hutt St Centre’s efforts to end homelessness.

We are confident that Jenny, Annette, and Kate’s diverse expertise and leadership will play an instrumental role in advancing Hutt St Centre’s mission.
