Winter Appeal 2016

This year we held our very first Winter Appeal. In a particularly cold and wet winter our clients, especially those sleeping rough, found it very hard this year. We extended our hours to ensure people had a safe, warm and dry place during the day, and we also worked alongside other sector organisations to provide safe places to sleep. Your generous contributions to our Winter Appeal along with your donations of blankets and warm clothes were particularly important this year.

You stepped up at an important time to keep people safe, and we thank you sincerely for this. Our appeal raised over $130,000 - a tremendous outcome which will ensure we can not only maintain, but build on the services we offer in the Day Centre including showers, meals, health and legal support, and direct access to our counselling, housing support and Pathways teams. Thank you so much to every person who contributed to the Winter Appeal.
